Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please note that as a dropshipping business, we work with multiple suppliers, and processing times may vary slightly depending on the product.

 

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–20 business days
  • Canada: 10–25 business days
  • United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
  • Australia: 10–25 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

These are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or high demand.

 

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 3–7 days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

Split Shipments

In some cases, if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to different supplier locations. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
